Payment

Payment is made immediately upon booking a consultation.

Cancelling your appointment

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to appointment are entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to appointment incur a $50 administration fee.

Reschedules, Lateness and did not attends

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment. Refunds for requests to reschedule appointments within 12 hours of the appointment time are at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

If you are late to your appointment we cannot guarantee you will receive the full duration of your consultation.
