For visitors and working holiday makers wishing to visit Australia temporarily.
Visitor Visa (subclass 600) and ETA
Many Visitor Visas are generally straight forward but there are some situations where you might require some expert advice. If you are from a ‘high-risk’ country, or are unsure how you can satisfy the ‘genuine temporary entrant’ criteria, we can help assess your situation.
Genuine Temporary Entrant Criteria
The Visitor visa is a temporary visa that enables the holder to visit Australia for tourism or other activities. It is important that clients from high risk countries provide evidence to the department that they do intend only to stay temporarily, and wont overstay their visa. The evidence applicants must provide can vary depending on individual circumstances but can range anywhere from evidence of employment in your home country, your family ties as well as financials and assets you hold that indicate your likely hood of returning.
If you have received a refusal for a visitor visa, or you are concerned of a refusal, we can help work with you to ensure you have a solid plan for the evidence you need to provide to give you the best chances of a positive outcome.
Working Holiday Visas
